Vitalis Outsourcing provides Executive Virtual Assistant (VA) services to businesses. These services include, but are not limited to, administrative support, real estate coordination, customer service, CRM and data management, and marketing assistance. All services are delivered remotely by our trained and vetted virtual assistants.
Clients engaging our services agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the effective delivery of services. Clients are also expected to maintain timely communication and uphold respectful interaction with our team members. Any failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Our services are billed on a monthly basis, in advance, according to the package or number of hours selected by the client. All payments must be made through approved payment methods. Late payments may lead to the suspension of services. Please note that we do not issue refunds for unused hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client business information. All virtual assistants are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and are trained to follow strict data protection protocols to ensure your information is handled with care and integrity.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time, at our sole discretion. Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Vitalis Outsourcing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
All materials, content, and training provided by us remain the intellectual property of Vitalis Outsourcing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their respective business content, data, and intellectual property.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these laws.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
